Surveyor DABIRI, O. THOMAS (FNIS/2015), Graduated from the Prestigious University of Ibadan with a B.Sc (Hons) in Geography in 1987.
He Completed His National Youth Service, as a Graduate Assistant, in the Remote Sensing Laboratory of the Geography Department; in the University of Lagos in 1988.
He proceeded to the Federal Survey School, Oyo, South – West Nigeria, where he obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Land Surveying in 1990.
He became a Registered Surveyor in 1992, after 2 years of Active Pupilage in the Oil Industry Survey Support Service in different parts of Niger Delta States and beyond.
He started Commercial Survey with Survey Support Contracts with Chevron Nigeria Limited, and Shell Petroleum Development Company Limited.
Since starting Hydroark International Limited, He has built a huge Human Capacity in the Survey industry through training and mentoring of Junior colleagues.
